- Showrooms & offices will close from Feb 10 (the 29th of Lunar December) to Feb 16 (the 5th of Lunar January).

- Installation & warranty services:

• For areas within the radius of 20 km from Häfele’s Authorized Service Centers, all requests received before 12:00 on Feb 7 (the 26th of Lunar December) will be processed by Feb 9 (the 28th of Lunar December). Any requests received after the aforementioned time will be handled after the holiday.
• For other areas, requests will be processed before Tet only when received by 20:00 on Feb 5 (the 24th of Lunar December)
