BAKING TIPS & ENERGY SAVING

1. Preheating the Oven:

Always preheat the oven for 10–15 minutes before baking cakes or pizzas.

Helps ensure even cooking and better rising for baked goods.

2. Choosing the Right Mode:

Use Top + Bottom Heat for meat and whole chicken.

Use Convection Fan for dishes that require even heat like pizza.

3. Placing the Baking Tray:

Top rack: For browning or faster baking.

Middle rack: Ideal for most dishes.

Bottom rack: Best for bread or dishes needing heat from below.

4. Saving Energy:

Bake multiple dishes at once (if suitable).

Avoid opening the oven door frequently.

Use the timer function to prevent overuse of electricity.
