Unplug the microwave, wait 5 minutes, then restart.

Overheating

Check the cooling fan and ensure air vents are not blocked.

Door not properly closed

Clean and inspect the door latch.

Circuit board error

Contact Häfele technical support.

Door sensor fault

Clean and check the door latch, make sure it’s firmly shut.

Power supply issue

Check the power outlet, circuit breaker, or replace the power cable.

Cooling fan malfunction

Clean the fan; if unresolved, call service support.

Excessive temperature

Let the microwave cool down for 15 minutes before using it again.

1. Self-Check at Home

Unplug for 5 minutes to reset.

Check if the turntable is jammed or misaligned.

Ensure the door is securely closed.

2. Regular Maintenance

Weekly: Wipe the interior and clean the turntable.

Every 3 months: Inspect the cooling fan.

Every 6 months: Check the power cord for wear or damage.

3. Turntable Not Spinning

Ensure the support ring is installed correctly.

Clean the turntable axle at the base of the microwave.

Make sure no food debris is blocking the rotation mechanism.

4. Microwave Runs But Doesn’t Heat

Make sure the door is fully sealed.

Check if you accidentally set a timer with no power level.

If issue persists, the magnetron may be faulty – contact Häfele service.
