1. What unlocking methods are available on Häfele digital locks?

2. How do I add/remove fingerprints, PIN codes, or RFID cards?
You can perform these actions directly on the lock’s keypad or via the mobile app (if supported).
To add users:
Enter Admin mode → Select "Add User" → Follow the instructions.
To delete users:
Enter Admin mode → Select "Delete User" → Choose a specific user or delete all.

3. Why is the lock not recognizing my fingerprint, PIN code, or card?

4. How do I know when the battery is running low?

Replace the internal batteries after unlocking.
6. Can I change the admin PIN code?
Yes. The default admin code should be changed right after installation.
Go to Admin mode → Select "Change Admin Code" → Follow the instructions.
7. Does the lock automatically re-lock after the door is closed?
Yes. Most Häfele locks auto-lock within 3–7 seconds. You can enable/disable this feature in the settings.
8. Can I view the access history?
Only for smart lock models connected to a mobile app – you can view the history via the Häfele Smart Lock app or a compatible application.
9. What should I do if the lock keeps showing errors or becomes unresponsive?
Check the batteries or replace them.
Restart the lock (use the reset button under the battery cover).
