In our continuous effort to enhance service quality, Häfele Vietnam Service Center is pleased to announce the upcoming Häfele Advanced Technical Training Conference, scheduled to take place on Jan 29-31, 2026.
During this period, all Häfele staff will be attending the training sessions. However, to ensure uninterrupted and optimal customer service, we would like to inform you of the following service arrangements:
1. Information channels remain fully operational:
- Zalo Official Account (scan QR code below)
- HOTLINE 1800 1797
- SOS service: 8am - 8pm
- Installation Service: 8am - 5pm
- During this time, callers will receive an automated message and instructions to submit support requests via Häfele’s Zalo Official Account.

- Nationwide Warranty Station Network
- Emergency SOS Technical Teams across all regions
- Nationwide Installation & Stone Cutting Services
- Online Technical Support & Consultation Team
