Thời gian áp dụng: Từ ngày 01/01/2026 Applied time: 1st Jan 2026
Phạm vi & Kênh bán hàng áp dụng: Áp dụng cho tất cả các kênh trừ kênh dự án. Applied area & sales channels: All channels except Project Sales Channel
Häfele Việt Nam có quyền chấm dứt một phần hoặc toàn bộ hoặc thay đổi chính sách này mà không cần báo trước. Häfele Vietnam reserves the full rights to fully or partially terminate or change the program without any prior notice

03 năm bảo hành chung

Áp dụng chính sách 1 đổi 1 trong năm đầu tiên với điều kiện như đính kèm
Ngoại trừ: tủ lạnh, tủ mát, thiết bị giặt sấy (máy giặt, máy sấy, máy giặt sấy kết hợp), tủ rượu, lò vi sóng độc lập - vẫn áp dụng 02 năm bảo hành chung

3-year general warranty
A one-to-one replacement policy is applicable during the first year, subject to the attached terms and conditions
Except for the refrigerators, minibars, laundry appliances (washers, dryers, and washer-dryers), wine coolers, and free-standing microwaves which remain covered by a 2-year warrant

5. Phạm vi áp dụng:Scope of Application

ĐỐI VỚI SẢN PHẨM RA MẮT TRƯỚC 2026: áp dụng theo chính sách cũ. FOR PRODUCT LAUNCHED BEFORE 2026: Apply old warranty policy
ĐỐI VỚI SẢN PHẨM RA MẮT TỪ 2026 TRỞ ĐI: áp dụng chính sách mới kể từ ngày đăng ký kích hoạt bảo hành hoặc từ ngày người tiêu dùng cuối mua hàng tại Đại Lý. FOR PRODUCTS HAVE LAUNCHED FROM 2026 ONWARDS: Apply new warranty policy from the registration date/ from the date of purchase (based on invoice date of dealer).
